Off grid battery charger? - xantrex battery charger

I live on the net and in the last 3 years, we have an intelligent charger brand Wal-Mart generator to recharge shallow 2000U, if necessary. I went through those six pieces of shit. I tried different brands, but they come from all. I looked up and Chargers Xantrex is very expensive. Does anyone know an alternative to Walmart crap, that will not break the bank?

Vector is good. My local Wal-Mart sells. They cover a wide range of needs.
