I just started brevinor (pill) and instant messaging fear of side effects at first, especially bleeding. Why is all this? or only if u miss pills or take them to the end

If I am on the pill, I started bleeding at random for the first month or so. It has never been very heavy, but only a few points from time to time. Just wear a panty liner, no big deal.
