I had an interview last week. Is it okay to send a thank you note via e-mail or post, I have this? I do not have your postal address online, but I got your e-mail.

Depending on the company and the position to a certain extent. In general, an email will be as long as they have the same form and etiquette that if you keep using e-mails, too.

I think it is neither good, but mail is better.
The post is the equivalent of 10 points: thoughtful, and definitely shows that you are impressed by the time and how to take the job.
E-mail is about 2 points: always nice, but simple enough.
Phone is 1 point: thoughtful, but also stressful for the interviewer! Coins of them.

From personal experience I can tell you that most people do not send an interview thank you cards and notes. This allows you to send you the points with the interviewer.
E-mail or in writing is very good - e-mail is faster and you need not worry about whether it was not delivered or if you are firmly on the underside of the battery, a person's office. Be sure to check the spelling and grammar and correct use of language.
I post, or take your time and go there and enter the reception for a proper map is much more sentimental, that is more personal, not thinking at the class, the details of things.
